Shipping Policy 

TheVintageBin.com prides itself on quickly fulfilling and shipping your order.  Approximately 80 percent of all orders are filled within one business day and 99 percent are filled within three business days.  Domestic customs should expect to receive their item within two to 10 days, depending on their location. We ship orders via UPS or USPS, depending on the weight and delivery address.  We welcome APO/FPO orders and international orders.   Please note the following terms and conditions: 

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If you provided an inaccurate address or your package is refused or returned for any reason, we will not refund the shipping costs. If you want us to re-ship your item, you will be charged shipping costs a second time. If you do not want your item re-shipped, we will treat it as a return.
  • UPS charges $5 to correct an address. We reserve the right to pass this cost on to customers who provide inaccurate address that require address correction.  Please be sure to include apartment and suite numbers, where appropriate.
  • We reserve the right to send packages "signature required," and will often do so for addresses in apartment buildings and for high dollar value items. This is for your safety, as we want to make sure you get your goods. 
  • Once your package is in the hands of UPS, USPS or another carrier, they are responsible for any damage, loss or non-delivery or miss-delivery issues. We will gladly work with you and the carrier to help you sort out any problem, to facilitate delivery, or to file an insurance claim, but once it is in the carrier's hands, it's out of ours and we can no longer be responsible for your item. We do offer shipping insurance through third parties.
International Shipping
  • The quality and timeliness of Postal Services deliveries in other countries varies. As a result, orders sent to addresses outside the United States via the post office are sent at the customer’s risk.  International customers, please note that we will provide proof of mailing as generated by our mailing software, but we cannot be responsible for address mistakes, delays or non-delivery of international mail. 
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, local taxes, tariff and other fees required for delivery beyond the actual shipping cost. Please note that UPS and other carriers may charge fees for customs clearance.  These fees are your responsibility
