Not really what I expected... Jul 15, 2010 It's certainly an OK bag though I don't find it particularly well-made. The material of the bag is very lite and thin, not exactly what I had in mind. The straps and buckles were very unimpressive, cheap-looking, and hard to work. Additionally, it's relatively small but does what it should --- hold stuff. That's about all it has going for it aside from looking neat (from far off, I suppose.) All-in-all, I did not feel like the product was worth the price and it seemed to be made from very cheap materials. Wouldn't recommend it for others. Pay the extra money for a better bag.
sturdy/cheap bag is more than i was expecting Sep 24, 2009 Honestly, I absolutely LOVE my messenger bag. For the price, I'm amazed it doesn't have a single hole in it.
The only negative things I could find is the fact that when you tighten the shoulder strap, the end flops around, so i just safety pinned it down and it looks fine...
And the fact that i don't have that little secret pocket that most bags have, but, I just got a change purse and used that instead.
I've been carrying around heavy things, and it still doesn't fail.
I love it, and when it wears out, I'll get another one. :)

plain ol' bag Sep 14, 2008 this bag certainly LOOKS cute, but it's fairly small and has no compartments on the inside. this was my fault, because it's properly advertised. the two things i found most annoying about it, however, were:
a) the cost to ship the darn thing was almost the same price as the bag itself, which was quite ridiculous. i just got heavy SHOES sent to me for far less than this lightweight bag cost, and
b) the strap can be adjusted like a belt. but, also like a belt, there is excess material once you loop it thru the buckle. the excess material just flops around and has nowhere to go and nothing to keep it in place. i ended up using a big safety pin, which doesn't look very nice, but is less annoying than letting the excess material flop around and get in my way.
looks hot, not so well made... Sep 08, 2008 I love the bag's look...really cute! But I think it is not very well made. I would also like a small inside pocket for money, etc.

My review Jun 27, 2008 Very fashionable. I love this for school next year. Plus it goes with anything. I like that it's not flashy but simple and classy. Now I know why they call it "vintage".
